Scattered Stuff

Not much has been going on around my place lately. I'm starting to get some grass growing, especially in the front of the house, so that's nice. I just wrapped up my weekend today. I went and checked out the newly-opened mall addition at Franklin Park today, and that's pretty nice. Not to many of the new stores appeal to me, but the design of the addition is really sharp, and it was fun just to walk through. I had lunch at Famous Famiglia Pizza in the food court. After that I went to Best Buy and Circuit City and played with the digital cameras. More on that soon.

Tonight I went over to Micah and Susan's place and had dinner. The food was superb, and afterwards we went and raced go karts at a local track and played frisbee with their dog, Buddy. Later Micah and I worked on one of his podcasts, and tonight's edition will turn out to be very entertaining if nothing else. We all had a really fun time.

Tomorrow looks like it will be a stormy day. Today's weather was awful...cloudy, windy, and I don't think it made it out of the lower-50s. A warm front moves through tonight, so temps will be in the 70s again tomorrow, but that will be ahead of a cold front that will be the focus for tomorrow's possibly severe thunderstorms. I kinda need some radar training dealing with thunderstorms, so tomorrow's weather might be good for me as I try to get closer to radar certification. We'll see how it goes as I start a new work week.
