This is a Jeep concept from the late 1990s called the Dakar. It's basically a standard Jeep TJ with a fully enclosed top and four doors. In my opinion, it's the best looking 4x4 of all time.
Looks a lot better than Jeep's 2007 Wrangler 4-door, which is, well, a monstrosity.
